البيانات واستخدامها
نستخدم الاسم واسم المستخدم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف وعنوان التوصيل وتفاصيل الطلبات التي تقدمها لإدارة حسابك، ومعالجة الحجز وتأكيده، والتوصيل، والضمان وخدمة الزبائن. تُعالج كذلك بيانات تقنية مثل عنوان الإنترنت ومعلومات المتصفح وسجلات التشغيل لحماية الموقع وتشغيله.
الدفع ومقدمو الخدمات
الدفع المتاح كاش عند الاستلام أو حوالة مصرفية، وبيانات الحساب المصرفي تُعطى عبر واتساب بعد تأكيد الحجز. لا توجد بوابة لإدخال بيانات بطاقة دفع في الموقع. نشارك مع شركة التوصيل بيانات المستلم والاتصال والعنوان اللازمة لتسليم الطلب. تُعالج بيانات الموقع والبريد والنسخ الاحتياطية بواسطة خدمات الاستضافة والبريد والنسخ الاحتياطي المستخدمة لتشغيل المتجر.
ملفات الارتباط والروابط الخارجية
يستخدم الموقع ملفات ارتباط لتسجيل الدخول والجلسة وسلة التسوق وتفضيل اللغة. قد يؤدي تعطيلها إلى تعطل بعض هذه الوظائف. تُحمّل خطوط العرض من Google Fonts، وقد تستقبل Google عنوان الإنترنت ومعلومات الطلب التقنية عند تحميلها. عند الضغط على رابط واتساب أو تصميم محفوظ في Google Drive، تنتقل إلى خدمة خارجية تخضع لسياسة خصوصيتها؛ لا تُرسل الرسالة عبر واتساب إلا عندما ترسلها بنفسك.
الاحتفاظ والحذف
يبقى الحساب إلى أن يطلب الزبون إغلاقه. نحتفظ من بيانات الطلب بالقدر اللازم للضمان وخدمة الزبون والسجلات المحاسبية، ونراجع البيانات لحذف ما لم يعد ضروريًا. لا يعني إغلاق الحساب حذف سجلات يجب الاحتفاظ بها لهذه الأغراض. قد تبقى نسخ ضمن النسخ الاحتياطية إلى أن تُستبدل وفق دورة النسخ المستخدمة.
طلباتك بشأن البيانات
للاستفسار أو طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو إغلاق حسابك وحذف البيانات غير اللازمة، راسل info@windowtech.ly. قد نطلب ما يلزم للتحقق من ملكية الحساب قبل تنفيذ الطلب. تُراجع طلبات الحذف مع مراعاة سجلات الطلب والضمان والمحاسبة اللازمة.

Information and its use
We use the name, username, email, phone number, delivery address and order details you provide to manage your account, process and confirm bookings, arrange delivery, provide warranty service and support customers. Technical information, including IP addresses, browser information and operational logs, is also processed to operate and protect the site.
Payments and service providers
Payments are by cash on delivery or bank transfer. Bank account details are provided on WhatsApp after booking confirmation. The site has no gateway for entering payment card details. We share the recipient, contact and address information needed for delivery with the courier. Website, email and backup information is processed by the hosting, email and backup services used to operate the store.
Cookies and external links
The site uses cookies for login, sessions, the basket and language preferences. Disabling them may affect these functions. Display fonts load from Google Fonts; Google may receive your IP address and technical request information when fonts load. WhatsApp and Google Drive design links take you to external services governed by their own privacy policies. A WhatsApp message is only sent when you send it yourself.
Retention and deletion
Your account remains until you request its closure. We retain order information as needed for warranty service, customer support and accounting records, and review information to delete what is no longer necessary. Closing an account does not remove records still needed for these purposes. Copies may remain in backups until replaced through the backup cycle in use.
Your requests
Contact info@windowtech.ly to ask about your information, request a copy or correction, or request account closure and deletion of unnecessary data. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership. Deletion requests are reviewed with regard to necessary order, warranty and accounting records.
