الضمان والإرجاع والاستبدال | Warranty, Returns & Exchanges
الإرجاع
نقبل إرجاع المنتج بشرط أن يكون غير مستعمل، وأن تكون علبته مقفلة وبنفس الحالة التي سُلّمت بها.
الاستبدال
يمكن طلب استبدال المنتج خلال يومين من استلامه، بشرط عدم فتح المنتج.
الضمان
مدة الضمان شهر من استلام المنتج، ويغطي عيوب التصنيع. لا يشمل الضمان الأعطال الناتجة عن الكهرباء أو سوء الاستخدام.
مصاريف التوصيل
يتحمل الزبون مصاريف التوصيل المترتبة على الإرجاع أو الاستبدال. إذا كان سبب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال عيب تصنيع أو كسر، فلا يتحمل الزبون هذه المصاريف.

Returns
We accept returns provided the product is unused and its box remains closed in the same condition in which it was delivered.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange within two days of receiving the product, provided the product has not been opened.
Warranty
The warranty lasts one month from receiving the product and covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover faults caused by electricity or misuse.
Delivery costs
The customer pays delivery costs associated with a return or exchange. If the reason for the return or exchange is a manufacturing defect or breakage, the customer does not pay these delivery costs.
