الحساب والحجز
يلزم تسجيل الدخول إلى حسابك لإتمام الحجز، مع إدخال اسمك ووسائل الاتصال وعنوان التوصيل بصورة صحيحة. بعد إرسال الحجز، يجب تأكيده عبر واتساب 0913254104 مع إرسال رقم الحجز.
المنتجات والأسعار والدفع
تفاصيل كل منتج وسعره بالدينار الليبي تظهر في صفحته، ويظهر إجمالي الطلب قبل تأكيده. يمكن اختيار كاش عند الاستلام أو حوالة مصرفية. للحوالة، تحصل على بيانات الحساب المصرفي عبر واتساب بعد تأكيد الحجز، وترسل الإيصال ورقم الحجز للتحقق من وصول المبلغ قبل تجهيز الطلب.
التوصيل
التوصيل إلى المدن الليبية التي تغطيها شركات التوصيل. يكون مجانيًا عندما تزيد قيمة البضاعة بعد الخصم عن 1,000 د.ل. للطلبات بقيمة 1,000 د.ل أو أقل، يشمل إجمالي الموقع البضاعة فقط؛ تصدر شركة التوصيل فاتورة مستقلة لقيمة التوصيل حسب المدينة وتُدفع لها عند الاستلام.
الإرجاع والاستبدال والضمان
الإرجاع خلال يومين من الاستلام للمنتج الذي لم يُفتح أو يُستعمل وبعلبته المقفلة وحالته الأصلية. الاستبدال خلال يومين بشرط عدم فتح المنتج. الضمان شهر لعيوب التصنيع، باستثناء أعطال الكهرباء وسوء الاستخدام. يُرد المبلغ خلال يومين بعد استلام وفحص المرتجع، وبنفس طريقة الدفع. يتحمل الزبون مصاريف الإرجاع أو الاستبدال، إلا في حالة عيب تصنيع أو كسر. تُراجع التفاصيل في صفحة «الضمان والإرجاع والاستبدال».

Account and booking
Log in to your account to book, and provide accurate name, contact and delivery information. After submitting a booking, you must confirm it on WhatsApp at +218 91 325 4104 and include the booking number.
Products, prices and payment
Product details and prices in Libyan dinars appear on each product page, and the order total is shown before submission. Choose cash on delivery or bank transfer. For bank transfers, obtain account details on WhatsApp after booking confirmation, then send the receipt and booking number so receipt of payment can be verified before preparing the order.
Delivery
Delivery covers Libyan cities served by the couriers. It is free when the goods total after discounts exceeds LYD 1,000. For orders of LYD 1,000 or less, the website total covers goods only; the courier separately bills the city-based delivery charge, payable to the courier on delivery.
Returns, exchanges and warranty
Returns are accepted within two days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused and in its closed box and original condition. Exchanges may be requested within two days if the product has not been opened. The one-month warranty covers manufacturing defects and excludes electrical faults and misuse. Refunds are issued within two days after receiving and inspecting the returned product, using the original payment method.
